Sitting 4th and 11th, respectively, two of Belgium´s biggest clubs are having decidedly underwhelming campaigns. Seemingly out of the title race, Brugge now faces a battle lớn qualify for the Champions League. For Anderlecht, just six points above the drop zone, another disappointing, if not disastrous, season awaits the 34-times Belgian champions.

Familiar foes, recent meetings between these old rivals have been remarkably tight, with six of their last seven matches finishing deadlocked. Brugge did claim a narrow 1:0 win in these side's most recent game back in October however each of their last three meetings in Brugge finished level with BTTS in all three games.

Indeed, goals can usually be expected when these sides meet up, with six of the last eight also seeing BTTS and considering the hosts' dreadful form, a similar outcome could be on the cards, even if Anderlecht´s recent form hardly inspires much confidence.
